The Telangana Public Service Commission (TSPSC) has officially announced the marks and general ranking list (GRL) for the Group 1 services examination 2024. Candidates who appeared for the exam can now check their scores and ranks through the official website, tspsc.gov.in.
TSPSC Group 1 Mains Examination 2024 Overview
The TSPSC Group 1 Mains examination was conducted from October 21 to October 27, 2024, and the results were declared on March 10, 2025. Following the results, candidates had the opportunity to apply for recounting of their provisional marks from March 10 to March 24, 2025.
Now, TSPSC has published the total marks of candidates who appeared for all seven papers, along with the memorandum of marks and the general ranking list.
TSPSC General Ranking List Criteria
As per TSPSC guidelines:
- The general ranking list includes only candidates who qualified in the English paper and secured the minimum aggregate marks required.
- These rankings play a crucial role in the selection process for certificate verification.
TSPSC Group 1 Mains Exam Details
- The examination consisted of seven descriptive papers.
- Conducted in afternoon sessions from 2 PM to 5 PM.
- A total of 31,382 candidates had qualified for the Mains after clearing the prelims.
- The recruitment drive aims to fill 563 Group 1 vacancies in Telangana.
How to Check TSPSC Group 1 Marks & General Rank List?
Follow these steps to access your marks and general rank list:
- Visit the TSPSC official website – tspsc.gov.in.
- Click on the “Marks/General Rank List” link displayed on the homepage.
- Enter your details, including:
- TSPSC ID
- Hall ticket number
- Date of birth
- OTP received on your registered mobile number
- Submit the details to view your marks and rank.
- Download and print the document for future reference.
Alternatively, candidates can click on the direct link provided on the TSPSC website to download their Group 1 marks and general rank list.
Next Steps: Certificate Verification
- Based on the general ranking list, a specified number of candidates will be called for certificate verification.
- Candidates will receive individual notifications and official updates through the TSPSC website.
- Aspirants should keep their original certificates and documents listed in Annexure-VI (1.9) of the examination notification ready for verification.
Important Note from TSPSC
TSPSC has clarified that the marks of candidates who were admitted for the Mains examination on the orders of the Hon’ble High Court will not be displayed, as per judicial directives.
