Provisional Selections Announced by OSSC for Various Posts

In a recent development, the Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) has released the provisional list of selected candidates for multiple positions including Account Assistant, Librarian, Jr. Librarian, Inspector of Legal Metrology & Laboratory Assistant, Market Intelligence Inspector, and Senior Economic Investigator. These selections are based on the candidates’ performance in the Main written examination and their suitability in Certificate Verification.

The announcement comes in accordance with Rule-15 of the Odisha Staff Selection Commission Rules, 1993, and subsequent amendments, along with clause-9 of Advertisement No. 7145/OSSC dated 16.12.2022, Corrigendum No. 466(c)/OSSC dated 31.12.2022, Corrigendum No. 1369/OSSC dated 15.04.2023, and Notification No. 90(C)/OSSC dated 05.04.2024.

It’s important to note that inclusion in the list does not automatically guarantee appointment. Candidates must await specific appointment orders from the Appointing Authority.

This announcement marks a significant step in the recruitment process, bringing clarity and progress for candidates vying for these coveted positions.
